I am a Computer Systems Analyst, my duties are to analyse ICT needs for various departments within PO-PSM and in other Ministries, Departments and Agencies, assist in providing technical support and specifications for various ICT procurements, to analyse Software development needs and security measures, assist in monitoring and managing of web and mail servers and configure and manage network devices as well as troubleshooting and fixing network problems. We use LINUX Operating system and Advanced Server 2003. We have three modems and we use Windows Server 2008 and Linux as our networking software. We connect to the internet through dial up connection and we use a Local Telephone company(TTCL) as our ISP.
